SERVICE AREA
The ground floor includes a very practical service area on the north-west corner of the house, as well as a two-stories deposit inside the courtyard, both with an independent access.
WINE CELLAR
The Cellar, at the very base of the old tower, is probably the most charming area of the whole Manor. It has been restored while maintaining intact its original aspect and functionality, ready for Chianti DOCG wine production from its own vineyards.
THE BARN
Not far from the main building there is a 3003-square-foot barn (279 square meters), a structure that has not been restored, which can be easily be adapted into a living area with an apartments on each of its two floors. It is a building of unique beauty with truly enchanting position and view.
